Chesapeake Montessori School, founded in 1977, sits on a wooded site of nearly six acres. CMS is a co-educational day school with a challenging, individualized program for children from 18 months to 12 years of age. We are accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale, the Association of Independent Maryland Schools, and the Maryland State Department of Education.
